Photo & Media Consent Terms

In compliance with UK Safeguarding regulations, we request your explicit consent for media recordings during Happy Kids activities.

1. Social Media and Church Website
I grant permission for photographs and video footage of my child to be published on official church social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and website for ministry promotion purposes.
2. Live Streaming Services
I grant permission for my child to occasionally appear in live-streamed services and special events broadcast on YouTube and social media channels.
